If your item
arrives with visible damage to the box, please refuse the shipment,
and then contact us. We'll make arrangements to have a replacement
your item is defective or damaged (no visible box damage), contact
us immediately for a return authorization. We will get a replacement
out to you as soon as possible.
If you are
simply not satisfied with your item, contact us for a return authorization
before sending it back. Returned items must have original packaging
and in like-new, resellable condition to receive a full refund.
Credit card purchases will be refunded the day we receive the returned
merchandise. Check purchases will be refunded within 7 working days
from the time we receive the returned merchandise.
Order Returns will carry a mandatory 15% restocking fee.
