In an effort to avoid miscommunication we ask that all orders be
finalized by speaking directly to us by phone. To avoid long distance
charges you may e-mail us with your order inquiry, (be sure to include
your phone number), and we'll call you to complete your order. Inquiries
sent via e-mail or fax will be answered ASAP subject to store
hours.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover/Novus credit cards, personal
checks and money orders. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped
as soon as check clears. Credit cards will not be charged until
your order ships. No COD orders are accepted.
Shipping
Most prices that we list on this site will include shipping unless
otherwise noted. All orders will be shipped via UPS, Fed-EX, US
Mail, or private carrier at our discretion. No COD orders accepted.
We can ship many items overnight or 2nd day via UPS or Fed-EX if
we have your order before noon. Call for prices.
Returns
If your item arrives with visible damage to the box, please refuse
the shipment, and then contact us. We'll make arrangements to have
a replacement sent out.
If your item is defective or damaged (no visible box damage), contact
us immediately for a return authorization. We will get a replacement
out to you as soon as possible.
If you are simply not satisfied with your item, contact us for
a return authorization before sending it back. Returned items must
have original packaging and in like-new, re-sellable condition to
receive a full refund. Credit card purchases will be refunded the
day we receive the returned merchandise. Check purchases will be
refunded within 7 working days from the time we receive the returned
merchandise.
NOTE- Special Order Returns will carry a mandatory 15% restocking
fee, and shipping is nonrefundable on Special Order Returns.
